  • Oversees and assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
  • Tracks office supply inventory and recommends supply orders.
  • Assist Suppliers in their Billings.
  • Source Out and Negotiate with Suppliers to get good quality at low-cost Materials.
  • Coordinates closely with requestors and give timely update on the status of their requirement.
  • Facilitates alignment meeting with requestor, supplier/service provider, and other related internal sections.
  • Close coordination with Finance and Accounting for accuracy of purchased documents, billing, and payments.
  • Evaluates supplier's performance and assesses quality of services and productivity.
  • Source out possible local and imported suppliers, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price terms, delivery, services, and after sales support.
  • Coordinates with inventory team regarding delivery schedule and related concerns.
  • Monitors/coordinates closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of items and acquired services.
  • Monitor and respond to Social Media inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • Have working experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative work, preferably in Restaurant.
  • Preferably adept with MS applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
