
Operations and Admin Assistant

Administrative Support:
- Answering phones, replying to emails, and communicating with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Organizing and filing important documents, including correspondence and financial records.
- Taking meeting notes and transcribing them.
- Maintaining databases and updating company records.
Operational Support:
- Assisting the Operations Manager with daily tasks and projects.
- Managing and ordering office supplies and inventory.
- Tracking and reporting on budget information.
- Supporting the processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Ensuring office maintenance and coordinating necessary repairs.
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinating internal and external communications for the team or department.
- Helping to train and onboard new hires.
- Assisting with the coordination of events and projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
