Role Overview

The Financial Comptroller will be responsible for overseeing the cash flow management, financial controls, and internal processes across the group of companies. This role ensures that funds are managed efficiently, internal controls are maintained, and financial processes support the group's growth and operational objectives. The Comptroller will serve as a key partner to senior management in driving financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Cashflow Management

  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow requirements across the group.
  • Develop cash flow forecasting models and ensure liquidity to support operations and projects.
  • Coordinate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to manage credit facilities and optimize financing structures.

Financial Control & Reporting

  • Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Consolidate financial reports across all subsidiaries and business units.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Process & Systems

  • Standardize financial processes across all group companies (AP, AR, payroll, procurement, project accounting).
  • Work closely with operations to align financial procedures with business needs.
  • Oversee ERP/accounting system improvements to streamline reporting and control.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and develop the finance team across the group.
  • Act as a financial advisor to management and project teams, providing insights on cost control, investment decisions, and risk management.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a senior controllership or group-level role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, consolidations, and financial controls.
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance (if PH-based).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
