About the Job

The Zone Brand Lead is responsible for achieving sales, profit, and market share targets through brand strategy and development. This includes designing programs to deliver strategic forecasts, managing P&L lines, preparing business reviews to assess brand performance versus competitors and market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, setting long-term brand goals, implementing plans, and tracking KPI achievements.

The role requires a strong balance of strategic and commercial expertise, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and adapt global strategies to local market realities across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and execute brand strategy and long-term plans across assigned markets.
  • Adapt global brand strategies into effective local campaigns, innovation launches, and activations.
  • Manage P&L performance including forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with commercial, trade, shopper, and digital teams to deliver winning in-market initiatives.
  • Track performance and ensure market share growth and excellence in execution.
  • Lead or support global/regional innovation projects, ensuring successful market introduction.
  • Drive digital acceleration and eCommerce initiatives, adapting to local market nuances and regulations.
  • Influence and align with key stakeholders across regional and global teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Market share and sales growth across multiple markets.
  • Forecast accuracy, Net Sales, Gross-to-Net, and overall profitability.
  • Timely and successful execution of innovation and brand activation projects.
  • Effective collaboration and influence across stakeholders.

Requirements – Must Have

  • 7–10 years' experience in Brand Management/Marketing with regional exposure (multi-country).
  • Proven team management and leadership capability.
  • Strong strategic thinking with solid commercial and P&L management experience.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Challenger mindset, comfortable operating in competitive and dynamic markets.

Good to Have

  • Direct experience in OTC categories (e.g., digestive health, personal care, or adjacent consumer health).
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations within consumer health or FMCG
