Video Editor & Cinematographer (Internship / Consultant-to-Hire)

We're looking for a
creative, hands-on Video Editor & Cinematographer
to join the team at
Top Gun Philippines
— the country's leading distributor of tactical, outdoor, and performance gear.

We're in
immediate need
of someone for this role, but will start on an
internship or consultancy setup (₱15,000/month)
until the end of 2025. Come
January 2026
, this will open as a
full-time position at ₱27,000/month
, and if all goes well,
you'll be first in line
for it.

You'll get the chance to
collaborate with our sister company's Cinematographer
, who'll mentor you and help you sharpen your creative and technical skills. If you're available for our
Branded Content Project (October 27–31)
, that can serve as an
extended "working interview"
— a chance to see how we vibe together creatively.

What You'll Do

  • Shoot and edit high-quality content for social media, branded campaigns, and storytelling projects
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and bring ideas to life
  • Help define the look, tone, and visual style of Top Gun's video content
  • Work on-location for shoots (Clark, Subic, and other outdoor destinations)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and product visuals that bring our brand to life

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in
    videography, editing, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in
    Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Confidence handling cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
  • Strong creative instincts for framing, pacing, and tone
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow
