What You'll Do

  • Lead Automart's
    overall marketing strategy
    from planning to execution.
  • Work with the CEO to
    develop and implement competitive positioning
    that makes our advantages clear and irresistible.
  • Run
    insight-driven campaigns
    that turn first-time buyers into loyal advocates.
  • Optimize
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads
    , and other digital channels for maximum ROI.
  • Implement
    marketing automation
    to free up time for high-impact initiatives.
  • Oversee
    brand health and growth
    — ensuring we're a 5-star name in our market.
  • Conduct market research, evaluate competitors, and distill insights into action.
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, and product teams to hit aggressive goals.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing/digital marketing with proven success.
  • Experience in
    startup environments
    (bonus points if you've founded one).
  • Strong leadership skills — you've led teams and projects to success.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and marketing automation
    tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a
    data-driven mindset
    .
  • Comfortable with project management tools like
    Asana or Trello
    , and collaborative tools like Google Drive.
