About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Promoter Lead to join our vibrant team at Tendo by Tonik in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the Promoter Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our exciting events and marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies to ensure the success of our events and campaigns
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials to promote our offerings
  3. Manage a team of promoters and coordinate their activities to maximise reach and impact
  4. Experience managing teams of 6-10 promoters is required for this position
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and influencers
  6. Analyse campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our promotional efforts

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar promoter or event management role within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing impactful promotional campaigns
  3. Candidates must have specific experience with events-focused promotional campaigns
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate challenges and seize opportunities
  6. Familiarity with the latest marketing and promotional techniques, including social media and digital platforms
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  8. Event management degrees are preferred for this position
