We've worked with both enterprises and SMEs on projects aligned with government-led digitization initiatives. Our team includes IT consultants, developers, strategists, and creatives who are passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and reliability across both internal and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain AWS accounts (internal and client)
  • Monitor and optimize costs & budgets, including client invoicing vs. infrastructure usage, and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Propose and execute improvements in AWS account structure (e.g., account separation per client)
  • Develop and implement security, backup, and disaster recovery plans
  • Oversee server management and uptime monitoring
  • Perform preventive maintenance (daily/weekly checks, patching, updates)
  • Set up and manage new infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • Administer Cloudflare, DNS, firewalls, and related services for internal and client projects

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist fellow DevOps engineers with support tickets (including application support)
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server OS
  • Good understanding of cloud cost management and billing optimization
  • Hands-on knowledge of server monitoring, uptime tools, and preventive maintenance
  • Familiarity with security best practices, firewalls, backups, and recovery processes
  • Experience with Cloudflare, DNS management, and CDN configuration
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with developers and support teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
