Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead React Native developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile/web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop mobile applications using React Native and related technologies.
  • Write code that is readable, reusable, testable, and efficient.
  • Performance optimization, enhancement, balancing, usability, and automation.
  • Implementation of security and data protection measures.
  • Collaboration with other team members to fulfill the system business requirements.
  • Lead the mobile/web application team, working directly with the CTO.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as mobile/front-end developer, and 3+ with React Native.
  • Solid understanding of best handling complex application states in React Native.
  • Proficiency in Typescript, Javascript, and related technologies.
  • Relevant experience in cloud platforms, particularly Firebase and GCP.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with analytics and user engagement frameworks, like Mixpanel and OneSignal.
  • Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment.
