Philippines Elder Care Homecare Full time ₱600,000 - ₱750,000 per year

Elder Care Homecare is seeking a Training/Inservice Support Specialist contractor. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing 4 US states with additional expansion planned within the next year. This is a work from home role based in Davao Region, Philippines.

Elder Care has been in operation for over eight years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. The ideal candidate will have a background/degree in Nursing and be able to support the ongoing development of our internal teams.The role reports into our Director of Patient Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal staff development via training and facilitation of inservice programs
  • Help develop and implement training for both new and existing team members related to clinical skill, policies and procedure
  • Monitoring DOH and other websites and publications for any changes to regulations and requirements
  • Notify team members of any changes to DOH regulations in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all training and inservice activities for compliance purposes
  • Act as a support to team members when they have questions or concerns
  • Escalate any issues that may arise related to completion of training or performance
  • Providing reports/updates to leadership on an ongoing basis

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Previous training experience with nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Hours in a remote based environment
  • Proficiency with Google suite and other relevant technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php62,000.00 per month
