The Position

The position will be based at the Atlantis resort in Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental.

The CSR/Reservation is responsible in handling all incoming reservations, both from guests and agents; communicating with guests and agents accurately, professionally and in a timely manner; reporting reservations issues to CSR Team Leader and/or Reservations Manager; accurately identifying and entering of payments; Ticket reservation and confirmation of online check-in and help sell services and packages

Education

  • College degree

Experience

  • Two (2) years related work experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills, highly organized and a team player
  • Detail oriented; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
