Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist club members with their travel needs by providing expert guidance, booking services, and personalized support. You will handle inbound calls, resolve travel-related concerns, and ensure a seamless booking experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from club members, addressing travel-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist members in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services tailored to their preferences
  • Research and secure the lowest available fares while overcoming objections to close bookings
  • Meet or exceed a weekly booking target of 20+ confirmed reservations
  • Manage changes to existing travel plans, including cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
  • Update and maintain accurate member profiles and contact information in the system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Solid background in tour and cruise booking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong internet research capabilities
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, dependable, and maintains a positive, professional attitude
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is required
