Reservation Specialist

Atlantis is a leader in the dive resort and liveaboard industry in Asia with an outstanding reputation (as is evident on Tripadvisor and other review sites). The Position

The position will be based at the Atlantis resort in Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental.

The Reservation is responsible in handling all incoming reservations, both from guests and agents; communicating with guests and agents accurately, professionally and in a timely manner; reporting reservations issues to Reservation Team Leader and/or Reservations Manager; accurately identifying and entering of payments; Ticket reservation and confirmation of online check-in and help sell services and packages

Education

• College degree

Experience

• Two (2) years related work experience
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Hands-on experience in handling hotel booking platforms, OTA systems (e.g., , Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb), and other reservation channels.
• Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.

Knowledge & Skills

• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Proficient in computer use
• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills, highly organized and a team player
• Detail oriented; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
