Job Overview:

We are searching for enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers in finding the right products, and help the store reach its sales objectives. This position plays a vital role in building customer loyalty, promoting merchandise, and keeping store operations running smoothly.

Main Duties:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly shopping environment.
  • Drive sales by recommending products, upselling, and providing accurate product details.
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
  • Provide support throughout the sales process, from inquiry to after-sales.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or currently pursuing college.
  • At least 6 months of sales or retail experience preferred.
