Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving store sales goals by meeting targets for assigned products or categories. This position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge and proactive engagement. The Sales Associate also ensures that store displays are visually appealing in accordance with merchandising standards and that inventory levels are properly maintained to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating product expertise and assisting customers effectively.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing displays in line with merchandising guidelines.
  • Track inventory levels across all SKUs and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
