The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Network Administrator to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance optimization of our critical network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.

What's The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Design and implement robust and scalable network solutions to support critical medical applications and workflows.
  • Perform routine network administration tasks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
  • Proactively monitor network performance and health, utilizing advanced monitoring tools and dashboards.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive patient data and ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO27K, and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Respond to and resolve network incidents, prioritizing critical systems impacting patient care.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical network systems, recognizing the potential impact on patient care.

Ideally, a candidate must have a technical degree/diploma (2yrs) or 4+ years of qualified experience, with at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in the same field.
