DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day operation in a warehouse
  • Supervise loading and unloading operations
  • Supervise Forklift and pallet jack operations
  • Check and verify materials in the warehouse periodically
  • Maintain records of equipment, materials, and products
  • Prepares warehouse employee monthly schedule.
  • Monitors storage availability and occupancy
  • Monitors the number of pallets.
  • Advise warehousemen and checkers regarding incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Monitors numbers of manpower needed in the warehouse
  • Recommends disciplinary action to warehousemen and checkers with work and attitude problems.
  • Attends to customers' complaints and demands and reports to Customer Service. Converses with customer representatives or managers regarding their incoming and outgoing schedule of products.
  • Shall submit a variance report to the General Manager regarding unlocated items and variances.
  • Conduct once a month meeting and as necessary.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time in the exigency of service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Logistics/ Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Preferably with supervisory experience
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, dependable, fast learner, and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
