Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant work experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMP, or CBPP is an advantage.
  • Training in process improvement, digital tools, and project management preferred.
