Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for the growth and success of our brands within the competitive FMCG market. You'll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that capture consumer attention, build brand loyalty, and drive market share.
- Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the FMCG market, focusing on rapid sales cycles and high consumer demand.
- Define and refine brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target consumers in a crowded marketplace.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and traditional advertising.
- Develop and implement effective pricing and promotion strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to the highest-impact initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in the FMCG market.
- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, in-store promotions, and trade marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
