Key Responsibilities:

Store IT Deployment & Project Execution

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of IT systems (POS, KDS, desktops, networks) for new and renovated stores.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, and technical support.
  • Support infrastructure migrations and related project activities.
  • Track and report deployment progress and store readiness.

Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve store-level hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide hands-on support for IT systems including POS, PCs, and networking devices.
  • Manage telco services and coordinate bandwidth upgrades as required.

Documentation & Asset Management

  • Maintain detailed records of deployments, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Track IT asset inventory across all stores.
  • Ensure onboarding checklists and connectivity verification are completed for all projects.

Administrative Support

  • Process equipment orders and support operations with administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
