Job Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support to customers and handle problem escalations.
  • Onsite Installations, testing and commissioning of the Systems (Access Control, Surveillance and Intrusions), FDAS and BGM/PA
  • Maintain service call logs, Activity Report and Status reports of Customer
  • Provide end-user trainings/Seminars for Security Systems (Access Control, Surveillance and Intrusions), FDAS and BGM/PA
  • Provide end-user training on Security and Access Control System
  • Provide a Preventive Maintenance Activity of the Systems
  • Provide response for emergency calls coming from the customer
  • Perform other duties that may assign time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Linux, Win2k, WinNT
  • Proficiency in Security, Access Control Systems application software preferred
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Inquisitive, Thorough, Organized, Results-driven
  • Having driver's license is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
