Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on executing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and be comfortable managing the full execution process—from campaign setup and monitoring to performance analysis and optimisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Planning: Support business's paid search strategic planning. Execute paid search strategies for assigned business units, aligning with given business objectives, growth targets and market nuances. This includes keyword strategy, bidding approaches and ad copy development.
- Campaign Management: Hands-on management and optimization of large-scale, complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant search platforms.
- Budget Management Support: Assist in managing SEM budgets by monitoring sped, pacing, and allocation to ensure campaigns remain on track with performance goals (CPC, CPA, CVR).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting results, challenges, and opportunities.
- Keyword Research & Expansion: Continuously identify new keyword opportunities, long-tail variations, and negative keywords to expand reach and improve targeting effectiveness.
- Ad Copy & Creative Optimization: Develop, A/B test, and iterate on compelling ad copy, extensions, and potentially dynamic search ads to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Landing Page Optimization (LPO): Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure landing pages are highly relevant, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Provide data-backed recommendations for improvements
- Localisation & Compliance: Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and optimized for specific sub-regions and languages in target markets. Ensure campaigns adhere to advertising policies and industry regulations
Skills & Experience required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, and paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking/measurement tools.
- Advanced knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner).
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Additional details:
- Permanent and direct hire engagement
- Hybrid work arrangement; 2days onsite and 3days WFH
- Monday to Friday; dayshift schedule
- Office in Ortigas Center, Pasig

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
