What is your mission?

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support website updates, digital content creation, and social media execution. You will help develop marketing materials, assist with campaigns, track analytics, and collaborate on branding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone creative, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in digital marketing and content development.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Update and maintain company websites with accurate, fresh, and brand-aligned content.
  • Recommend website improvements related to UX, content structure, and SEO opportunities.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with content creation for digital and print materials (graphics, basic layouts, visual assets).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team on brand messaging, marketing direction, and new initiatives.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools to support marketing needs.
  • Track analytics for websites and social platforms; prepare basic performance reports.
  • Proactively identify tasks, improvements, and opportunities without waiting for direction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

  • College graduate of Marketing or any relevant course.
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS).
  • Fundamental skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of the agriculture industry.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to assist with content creation for digital and print materials.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive and self-sufficient.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working with changing marketing directions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
