JOB SUMMARY:

The Enterprise Applications Support Supervisor is responsible for providing expert-level technical support, issue resolution, and guidance for the organization's enterprise applications. This role ensures the efficient operation of applications, leads the support team, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in application support.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Main responsibilities will include:

· Guide users and technical team with their technical inquiries and troubleshooting application-related issues.

· Collaborating with the development team to escalate and resolve complex problems.

· Documenting user interactions and resolutions for knowledge management.

· Collaborating with IT and business teams to understand application requirements, identify issues, and implement solutions.

· Participating in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.

· Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors for resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 3-5 Years of experience in application support or a related IT role

· Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications and retail applications.

· Excellent RCA, problem-solving, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
