Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and allocate manpower and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Conduct or assist in Time and Motion Studies (TMS) to analyze production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.
  • Train, coach, and mentor production staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR) to ensure smooth workflow.

Education Background

  • College Graduate, preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a meat processing, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and perform basic manual data recording.
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, and production-related systems).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, especially Time and Motion Studies (TMS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities.
