Maintain current records for all accountable personal property within their assigned custodial area.
Ensure that personal property is properly maintained, and is used only for official purposes.
Identify and report to the Property Department Head any property excess to the needs of the custodial area.
Submit appropriate reports promptly to the Property Department Head for lost, missing, stolen, damaged or rendered unserviceable accountable personal property.
Prepares pull out slip for Hospital and Office Equipment for repair, check-up and service.
Affix property sticker labels onto accountable hospital properties (Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures)
Conduct physical inventories and reconciling inventory records.
Participate in the employee separation clearance process by ensuring that all assigned property has been accounted for.
Co-sign the inventory Accountability with Property Department Head.
Maintain a record of accountable personal property assigned to his/her custodial area that is removed for use of repair outside of the custodial area.
Ensure that complete documentation is provided to the Property office for newly acquired property.
Makes requisition of office supplies.
Check and receives deliveries of office supplies, maintenance supplies, stationeries and equipment's from time to time.
Sorting of delivered supplies.
Check and signing of material issue slip (MIS)
Check and receive empty supplies, ball pens, pentel pens and etc.
Issuance of office supplies.
Recording issued supplies in the log book and stock cards.
Monthly inventory of supplies.
Preparing of monthly inventory report.
Submit monthly inventory report to Accounting Department.
Monitor the stock level periodically and accomplish purchase requisition of office supplies and stationeries for stocks.
