What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery—from planning to execution to post-project impact assessment.
  • Drive process improvement by transforming manual workflows into automated, future-proof solutions.
  • Break down complex projects into clear, actionable steps and deliverables.
  • Analyze operational gaps and recommend data-driven, scalable solutions.
  • Define business requirements and secure stakeholder alignment and approvals.
  • Evaluate change management processes across both technical and business operations.
  • Provide regular executive-level updates and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Measure project outcomes and capture learnings to fuel continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Project Management Expertise
    :
  • Strong grasp of full project lifecycle, stakeholder management, and balancing technical and operational needs.
  • Familiar with business processes across back-office and customer-facing functions, including payment operations.
  • Business & Financial Analysis
    :
  • Skilled in identifying cost-effective, scalable solutions through clear requirement gathering and communication.
  • Solid understanding of business financials and scheme operations.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management
    :
  • Effective at building rapport, resolving conflicts, and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
    :
  • Logical problem-solver with awareness of IT implications and financial impacts.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI workflows, Salesforce, Agentforce, Copilot Pro, or similar tools.
  • Communication & Presentation
    :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence, present, and drive decisions.
