Are you a results-driven project manager passionate about leveraging automation to streamline business operations?

MSPbots is looking for an Internal Automations Project Manager who will take ownership of planning, executing, and delivering automation initiatives that optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive productivity across the company.

Work Setup: Hybrid | 1-2 days onsite in a month - Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila

Schedule: Semi-flexible | 4 AM–1 PM CDT (5 PM-2 AM PHT)

Fixed Rest Days: Saturday–Sunday

What You'll Do

  • Automation Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of automation projects (bots, workflows, system integrations) that enhance internal efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, evaluate business processes, and design automation roadmaps to improve productivity.
  • Governance & Planning: Create and maintain automation project plans, manage risks, track budgets, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Communication & Reporting: Act as a liaison between teams and leadership; present project updates and status reports clearly.
  • Quality & Testing: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure bots/automations meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Capacity & Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively across multiple concurrent automation initiatives.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize tasks in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders; ensure items are delivered on time.
  • Project Support: Guide execution across various departments and assist in planning, risk tracking, and closure activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance metrics and apply corrective actions for continuous project success.

What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or MSP environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional automation or process improvement projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar RPA/workflow tools) is required.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and CRMs like HubSpot
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, backlog prioritization, and user story creation
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus
  • Bonus: Experience with building or managing an internal PMO structure
