Project Manager

This is 1 YEAR CONTRACTUAL/PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT (It means that your contract will be under Ben Edictio but you will be assigned to our client. Ben Edictio will process your payroll/salary but you will be working with our client. After your 1 year contract, it depends if the company will absorb you or extend/renew your contract). however, it seems like there's no chance or assurance yet of possible contractual or extension. For now, we would like a candidate who can really work and commit for 1 year Project contratct.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO for employee & Mandatory Benefits;

SALARY offer depends on your skills and experiences. Salary expectation is for approval of the higher management.

SPECIFIC JOB TITLE: Infra Project Manager

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Wiling to work on a dayshift Schedule- 9am-6pm
• Amenable to work in The Podium West Tower, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City : Hybrid (2x-3x/week onsite or more depending on business needs)
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of Solid experience in project management, from planning, execution, operations to review.
• Integration & Archtecture expertise
• Be able to follow and enforce the project management practices
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills, with creativity to solve complex problems - Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse business units
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions as well as senior executive audiences
• Strong work ethic and be able to proactively manage multiple projects
• Drive execution and deliver results as a project manager - Organized with good attention to detail. - Able to work and quickly understand a range of general and specific applications used in the organization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Can Start ASAP
