We are seeking an experienced and dynamic general manager to oversee multiple food and beverage concepts within our organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage diverse concepts, including a speakeasy bar (R, a martini bar a wine bar , and other service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management

Implement brand strategies for each concept, ensuring that the unique identity and there of each establishment are maintained and enhanced.

  • Operational Oversight

Provide leadership and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations across all locations, including but not limited to inventory management, staffing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. To critically assess procedures, policies, and methods of operation and suggest improvements.

  • Financial Performance

Monitor financial performance metrics for each brand, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability and control costs. To participate in the budgeting process by establishing clear and precise priorities for operational and renovation capital expenditures. Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures manages labor, review financial reports, and takes any appropriate actions.

  • Guest Experience

Uphold high standards of service and hospitality, ensuring that guests receive exceptional experiences at each establishment. Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards. Handle guest complaints most diplomatic manner.

  • Product Offering

Complete menu knowledge. Oversee the quality of food and beverage ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
