WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to identify problems, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for process enhancement or system development.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ISO standard business processes, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flowcharts. Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive ISO procedures tailored to the organization's specific needs. This will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather essential information and insights for procedure development.
  • Formulate management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data while ensuring that digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses.
  • Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
  • Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
  • Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards. Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.
  • Derive value from NAC data assets while mitigating risks associated with data inaccuracies, security breaches, and compliance violations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience as part of an ISO Committee
  • Two (2) years of experience in data management, including organizing, validating, and analyzing data to support business decisions.
  • Technology proficiency and knowledge in utilizing M365, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
  • Knowledge in working within ISO standards (ISO 9001)
