Regional Sales Administrator

Job Summary:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator are a blend of sales support, customer service, and meticulous administrative work. They are the crucial backbone that supports the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the initial lead to a successfully installed and billed customer.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for all client communications related to sales.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client needs and deliverables are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
Track and follow up on leads, quotes, and orders to ensure timely execution.
Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs by streamlining processes and resolving roadblocks.
Handle post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Escalate and resolve client issues as needed, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in sales management, preferably in broadband/internet, e-commerce, logistics, or retail distribution.
Last-Mile Expertise: Strong understanding of last-mile delivery processes and sales execution.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Knowledge of route optimization and inventory management.
Familiarity with digital sales platforms and omnichannel distribution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales growth in last-mile channels.
On-time delivery and order fulfillment rates.
Retailer/distributor satisfaction scores.
Team productivity and sales target achievement.
