Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all frontline and back-end activities that facilitate wholesale and retail of all PC models in all dealerships within the assigned sales region.
  • Provide dealer counseling on matters that affect sales based on dealers historical and current information.
  • Anticipate potential outcome of a program or activity based on historical information and data.
  • Get information affecting sales in the area / territory.
  • Provide accurate, relevant, timely customer, competitor, market information, developments in assigned territory that is critical to management decision-making and direction setting.
  • Strictly implement HMPH policies to dealers.
  • Creates a pleasant relationship between HMPH and its dealers. Serves as the link between HMPH and dealers that ensures the efficient and timely delivery of products, services, support dealers' sales, marketing.
  • Develop, grow, strengthen, manage a sustainable sales business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • 10+ years of experience and practice capability in Field Sales
  • 10+ years of experience as Field Sales in an Automotive Company
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficient skills in MS applications
  • Willing to report onsite (BGC, Taguig City)
  • Must know how to drive with valid drivers license
  • Can start ASAP
