Job Description
- Weekly Disbursement/Expense Report, Daily Preparation of Vouchers, Check payments, BIR 2307 forms for various suppliers and prepares Monthly Tax Withheld Summary, Liquidation Report;
- Monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation of all organisational accounts;
- Reconcile payments received from clients;
- Liaise and transact with banks, BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig;
- Prepare reports for Finance Department;
- Support supervisor in preparations of 2550M. Another task assigned by supervisor;
- Provide recommendations and process improvements to enhance financial/administrative operations;
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory
compliance; - Proficiency in ORUS, Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
