Job Description

  • Weekly Disbursement/Expense Report, Daily Preparation of Vouchers, Check payments, BIR 2307 forms for various suppliers and prepares Monthly Tax Withheld Summary, Liquidation Report;
  • Monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Bank Reconciliation of all organisational accounts;
  • Reconcile payments received from clients;
  • Liaise and transact with banks, BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig;
  • Prepare reports for Finance Department;
  • Support supervisor in preparations of 2550M. Another task assigned by supervisor;
  • Provide recommendations and process improvements to enhance financial/administrative operations;

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory

    compliance;
  • Proficiency in ORUS, Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
