What you'll be doing:
- Assisting our accounting team with filing and organization
- Handling reservation inquiries and communications via phone or email
- General administrative duties such as organizing files, documents, business contacts, and other organizational duties assigned
- Assist with managing inventory, placing orders, and keeping track of invoices
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant or similar and Hospitality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Skills in Accounting
- Additional customer-facing tasks as assigned
