We are hiring for:

PROJECT MANAGER

Brief Description and Purpose of the Position

As a Project Manager, the position involves leading and overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects and continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. This multifaceted role involves project management responsibilities, encompassing seamless project execution and timely completion, as well as a focus on continuous improvement through managing relevant projects

Competencies

Project Management

  • Initiate and conceptualize project ideas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team.
  • Implement robust project monitoring mechanisms to track progress against milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring financial constraints are adhered to.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures when necessary.

Continuous Improvement

  • Assist business units in achieving operational targets through relevant projects
  • Utilize effective statistical and decision-making tools in providing possible solutions to the business units

Data Analysis

  • Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Use data analysis to support project strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Change Management Collaboration

  • Assist in assessing the potential impact of proposed changes on processes, systems, and team dynamics with managed projects
  • Collect and analyze data to understand how the changes may affect different stakeholders in relation to managed projects

Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field relevant to the position

Experience: At least five years experience in project management

Others:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
