  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing and deepening relationships.
  • Understand client business goals and objectives, and align ERP solutions to meet these needs.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their business challenges and provide tailored ERP solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling ERP products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development and technical teams to create proposals that address client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base within the ERP industry.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and address any issues that arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
