We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits Broking team at Mercer Philippines. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an AVP, Client Relationship Manager, you will help prepare, manage, implement, and achieve business plans and goals. You will strengthen effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes within client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship. You will take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards.

We will count on you to:

  • Recognize and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities within existing portfolios.

  • Implement successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business retention.

  • Maintain awareness of large and complex claim matters and assist claims personnel in negotiations.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison.

  • Possess thorough understanding of major insurance classes offered and stay updated on technical and product developments.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
