We are currently hiring a Staff Loan – FP&A to support our energy sector client. This role involves updating performance reports, generating transaction journals, assisting with ERP implementation, and supporting monthly closing and management reporting activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update monthly files needed for closing-of-books assistance, management reports, and variance analyses
  • Generate all required transaction journals
  • Update files for monthly performance reports and CAPEX/project monitoring
  • Assist in ERP implementation activities, including data migration, testing, and validation
  • Perform other FP&A-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably with experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Arrangement

  • On-site at client office (Metro Manila)
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Full-time, Project-Based
