We are currently hiring a Staff Loan – Financial Reporting for our energy sector client. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Financial Reporting team and support monthly closing, audit requirements, reporting preparation, and ERP implementation activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly closing of books including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Support preparation of variance reporting and analyses
  • Help coordinate and complete audit requirements
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management, shareholders, and external users
  • Provide support in the accounting and monitoring of fixed assets
  • Prepare ad hoc schedules and reports when required
  • Assist in ERP implementation including data migration, testing, and validation
  • Other Financial Reporting–related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Preferably with experience in financial reporting, audit support, or accounting operations
  • Knowledge of general accounting, closing-of-books processes, and reconciliations
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines

Working Arrangement

  • Location: On-site at client office (Metro Manila)
  • Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based (11 months)

Job Type: Full-time
