We are currently hiring a Staff Loan – Treasury to support our energy sector client. This role focuses on billing, collections, documentation, ERP support, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices based on billing calculations received from ESB
  • Prepare invoices in accordance with IEMOP's Final Billing
  • Scan and upload signed invoices to OneDrive for proper documentation and reference
  • Issue official receipts for all collections received
  • Assist in updating the billing system to accurately reflect collections
  • Submit copies of invoices and official receipts to Financial Reporting for proper recording and recognition
  • Monitor and follow up on Certificate of Withholding Taxes (CWTs) to ensure timely submission and compliance
  • Assist in ERP implementation activities
  • Perform other Treasury-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably with experience in Treasury, Billing, or Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of invoicing, collections, and accounting processes
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines

Working Arrangement

  • On-site at client office (Metro Manila)
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Full-time, Project-Based
