The Loan Administration Officer will support Australian brokers and clients in efficiently progressing home loan applications with various lenders. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth and accurate loan processing from application to settlement.

The main responsibilities of a LOAN PROCESSING SPECIALIST include:

  • Manage and address lender conditions required for loan approval and settlement.
  • Provide timely updates to clients, brokers, and third-party partners regarding home loan status.
  • Review and complete loan documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized and compliant digital loan files in accordance with company standards.
  • Offer process feedback to brokers to enhance loan workflow efficiency.
  • Proactively track and drive early loan settlements to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Coordinate closely with the Loan Studio Team Lead to ensure timely completion of all loan processes.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Education: College graduate (or at least 2 years in college).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years total work experience, including at least 2–3 years in a BPO setting handling financial or loan-related campaigns.
  • Experience with Australian brokerage campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Broker Engine Dashboard/CRM and Apply Online platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong business correspondence and email management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive work attitude.
Work Details
  • Work Setup: Hybrid – On-site once a month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
