JOB DESCRIPTION

Advance your career by joining our Home Lending Operation Team that supports all phases of loan closings. As an Operations Supervisor within our Team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the Team and Ensuring that all unit objectives and standards are met consistently met. You will be a flexible problem-solver who enjoys helping team members assist customers to resolve their questions and concerns.

Job responsibilities :

  • Overseeing a team of Closing specialists
  • Ensuring objectives and standards are met
  • offer support in selecting and retaining talent
  • managing the performance of the team
  • Have excellent Customer Focus
  • Be a proactive problem-solver who assists team members in resolving customer queries and concerns
  • Influence Internal and External Partners and promote process improvement
