Digital Marketing Student Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Student to join the CSI Team who assist with the daily operations of an online store. The objective of this program is to provide training with meaningful, real-world exposure aligned with their career paths. Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Help in creating and updating product listings, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring all product information is accurate.
  • Customer Service: Assist in handling customer inquiries via email or chat, resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist in creating content for social media, drafting email newsletters, or helping to set up promotional campaigns on the website.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Support the team in monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure a smooth fulfilment process.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer behaviors to gain insights that will drive business strategy.
