Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of our brand's e-commerce operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms).
  • Set up, manage, and optimize stores from 0 to 1, driving sales and visibility.
  • Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and platform activations.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze data, track KPIs, and generate insights to boost performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) for brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor moves.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  • Strong hands-on background in TikTok Shop and Shopee; seller/brand-side experience preferred (platform-side experience also considered).
  • Proven ability to independently run online store operations, from setup to growth.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused.
  • Hungry to learn, open-minded, and willing to put in the hard work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a positive and resilient attitude.
