About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, providing excellent service and personalized recommendations.
  • Assist clients in exploring home furnishing collections, ensuring they find products that fit their lifestyle and design preferences.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and maintaining strong after-sales service.
  • Support the store in visual merchandising, inventory coordination, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with high-profile clientele.
  • A passion for
    interiors, design, and premium lifestyle brands

  • Willingness to be assigned in mall-based showrooms (Power Plant, Shangri-La, Greenbelt, Uptown BGC).
