Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell farm-fresh vegetables to existing and potential HORECA clients in Cebu City.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and business owners in the food service industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and local networking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, inventory updates, and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in food products, preferably vegetables, meat, poultry, or seafood.
  • Proven success in handling HORECA or food service accounts
  • Familiarity with the Cebu City market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Can drive Car and Motorcycle is a plus but not required
