Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Dispatcher to join our team and assist in coordinating trucking operations for our U.S.-based logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assign and schedule trucks, drivers, and loads based on availability and shipment needs.

2. Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time deliveries.

3. Track and monitor shipments in transit, providing updates as needed.

4. Handle driver check-ins, route adjustments, and issue resolution during transit.

5. Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules, load assignments, and delivery status.

6. Coordinate with the documentation and logistics teams for proper shipment processing.

7. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. 1 Logistics Dispatcher

8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Some experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation (preferred but not required).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage schedules effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to U.S. trucking and logistics operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
