We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Law Office Manager to help expand and streamline our growing legal practice. The ideal candidate will take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, supporting business development, and ensuring smooth coordination across administrative, marketing, and client-facing functions.

You will work closely with the lead attorney and an existing part-time assistant to organize workflows, manage online presence, and implement strategic initiatives as we prepare for an exciting new business launch in January.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, business operations, or a related role (law firm experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Experience with business planning tools or management software.
  • Must be based in a U.S. time zone (or able to work during U.S. business hours).
  • Open-minded and willing to train and mentor new team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the law firm's website and online platforms to ensure accurate and updated content.
  • Assist in organizing business operations, creating and refining the business plan, and implementing it through business management software.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the attorney and other team members to improve workflow efficiency and client service.
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager in Houston for alignment on administrative and operational tasks.
  • Provide guidance or training to new assistants or interns who demonstrate potential.
