About the role

As a Pioneer Accounts - CSR (Start ASAP Virtual Process) at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service support to our clients. This full-time, remote position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Based in Carcar City Cebu, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  3. Troubleshooting and providing solutions to customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
  5. A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
